Why did you choose to work with allpay cards?
We went through a period of growth as a company and our requirements had become more sophisticated. We wanted to introduce batch deliveries, so what we needed was more complex and allpay cards were able to come up with a solution to our problem.
What do allpay cards provide for you?
allpay cards provide us with a complete fulfilment service; they create our cards, configure chips, embed chips in the card, mount on the card carriers, enclose in windowed envelopes and send out to our clients and cardholders - they provide the full production line.
How did you start the process?
A team from OnePay went to visit the allpay cards site and were very impressed with the hi tech set up, the high level of security, it was a valuable visit for us to see the production line in action.
How did the rest of the project go?
We worked with the allpay cards team to come up with a creative solution to our unique requirements. We had a workshop session with their technical team, in which we worked out the possible solutions, ran test runs, trialled it out and in the end, made it work how we wanted it to.
How did you find the technical team throughout the process?
The technical team were really on the ball, they responded well to us, as did our Account Manager, they looked after us and dealt with all issues.
Do you think allpay cards are a reliable company to work with?
allpay cards are extremely reliable, when we have encountered a rare problem, for example the odd illegal character going through, they have always come straight back to us. If a card is rejected, they come back to us by 09:30 so that we can sort it out at our end straight away so there is minimal delay, which is good. For exceptional cases, bespoke customer needs or human error on our part when we submit a pull request, they are very flexible and accurate and their timings are great whenever we submit this type of request.
Are allpay cards a flexible and accomodating company to work with?
allpay cards are accomodating and flexible to change, for example on bank holidays when we ask them not to send cards as the agencies we work with are closed and unable to recieve them. We also get sent a monthly MI pack which is really useful for us. allpay cards have been helpful and accommodating with our unique requirements for our complex fulfilment needs, and they have been able to adapt when things need to change. The service is great, reliable, comprehensive, 99.6% perfect.
